Roohide Saddlery offers a satisfaction guarantee to our customers to ensure they have complete satisfaction with our high quality products at a fair price. Roohide would like to ensure that you purchase the right products from the start. To accomplish this we are available by phone and email and the web site offers detailed information as well. If you are in doubt about whether a product will meet your needs please call or email us so we can make sure you have chosen the correct product and avoid having to return it.

  We want the Roohide experience to be positive, so when your order arrives, please look over your items and contact us right away with any concerns. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us for a return or exchange. You may contact us by phone, email, or our social media direct messages. 

Repairs

Repair services may be available for products that are damaged due to regular wear and tear; some parts may be repaired/replaced at owners expense. Contact us for more information on repair services. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Roohide is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Missing Product

Roohide is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and Roohide directly to file a claim. Shortages and all issues on product must be claimed to Roohide within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please save all packaging material and take pictures of the damaged product, boxes and packaging material before filing a claim.

Pricing and Specifications

Merchandise prices and specifications on products are subject to change without notice. Roohide is not responsible for typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors. 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday during the typical business hours of 7:30am-4:00pm PST. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next available business day, with the exception of holidays.
